We only solicit raw user metrics explicitly submitted during request-for-proposals or contract inquiries. This includes full names, institutional email coordinates, selected design channels, and creative briefs. Behind-the-scenes logging remains completely anonymized to audit CSS/JS scroll performance metrics.

2. Intended Usage

All design outlines, media solutions, and creative briefs are used strictly to compile project specifications and bespoke branding estimates. We never sell, broadcast, or broker agency lead data with external marketing grids.

Terms of Collaboration

These Terms govern all intellectual licensing, production sprints, and structural handoffs between ADMONK Media Solutions and its design partners.

1. Creative Retainers

All project proposals require an aligned upfront creative retainer before our visual directors storyboard outlines or initiate canvas rendering pipelines. Exact scopes, revision thresholds, and milestones are documented in specific project contracts.

2. Intellectual Handoff

Upon visual finalization and clearance of corresponding ledger invoices, all raw custom logomarks, vector branding, high-fidelity UI systems, and responsive CSS/HTML code bases transfer in full to the client. Case study showcases remain licensed to ADMONK for global creative portfolio promotions unless bound by explicit Nondisclosure Agreements (NDAs).
